Get a custom work of art in graphite, pastel or oil. To start the process, first please read through the frequently asked questions below. Once you have done this, head over to the Contact tab, and fill out the custom art form detailing your custom project. Once I have received this information, I will reach out to you to further discuss your project and provide you with a quote.
What you should know...
How long does it take?
The amount of time it will take to complete your work of art depends on the size, medium and complexity of the piece. For drawn work, graphite and pastel, work is normally completed within one to two weeks. Paintings normally take two to three weeks.

Will the work be put on my social media account?
Work will be posted on social media such as Instagram unless I am advised otherwise. Showing work on social media is the best way for me to gain new customers and also allows people to see my process. I appreciate you allowing me to use your commission on my site but if it is a present, surprise or something you wish not to share, I understand. Please specify if you do not want your commission shared on social media on the custom art form.

Can I work from photographs?
Yes, in order to make the best artwork for you, a high quality image is needed. Low resolution, blurry, grainy or improperly lit reference photos can result in a poor drawing or painting. I am happy to work with you to find a good image for your commission. If you are local, for an additional fee I can include a photography session as well to bring your vision to life.

What is included with the commission?
All works of art are completed on archival materials such as acid-free paper, primed canvas or primed panel. I only use professional-quality materials. After getting your final approval on the finished piece, your drawing will be sealed with a matt-finish archival fixative to prevent smudging and then it will be matted. Paintings will be varnished. Commission pricing does not include framing but does include matting for drawings. Finished work is wrapped in acid-free paper and shipped to you. The shipment will also include a certificate of authenticity.
